Production Associate - Glass Manufacturing Weekly Pay | Competitive Wages | Multiple Shifts Available Spanish Speakers Encouraged to Apply! Paid Weekly Shift Schedules 1st Shift $21.50: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM 2nd Shift $22.25: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM 3rd Shift $22.50: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join our glass manufacturing team. Employees will support operations in the Glass Tempering, Glass Cutting, Mezzanine, Line Assembly, Line Packing, and Line Closer departments. This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering stable hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. Essential Job Duties Move, handle, and rack glass lites throughout the production process. Seam glass and prepare products for tempering and finishing. Load and unload glass products for processing. Operate glass cutting tables and break out individual glass pieces (lites). Slot glass into racks and organize racks according to the production schedule. Bend spacer channels used to separate glass panes. Apply butyl and fill channels with desiccant material. Cut channel stock, internal grilles, and bars to required specifications. Operate equipment that punches holes in spacer channels. Assist with line assembly, packing, and line closing operations. Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Ability to read and accurately use a ruler or other measuring devices. Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 2 years . Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts . Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
