ExacTech is the primary supplier for Marine Travelift and Shuttlelift crane structures, providing steady work throughout the year. Job Description ExacTech is excited to be adding a Paint Prepper to our 1 st shift team. As a Paint Prepper, you will prepare items for paint such as steel beams and other various steel parts related to large custom engineered lifting machines used in marine and industrial applications and shipped worldwide. 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 5:45AM-3:15PM; Friday 6:45AM-10:45AM (1/2 day Fridays) Job Responsibilities Tagging Parts with location and painting instructions Brush Painting smaller parts and areas that need touch up Sanding parts before after Industrial Painting Forklift Operation to move parts around the shop Overhead Crane Operating for our larger parts General Clean Up All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned Job Qualifications Dependable with a strong work ethic Must be able to wear a full body garment Must be able to be fitted for and wear a respirator Must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shift Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Employee Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available the first of the month following date of hire Paid Short-term Disability and Paternity Leave for new parents Eligibility in our 401K benefit plan with company match after 30 days of employment Paid vacation and holidays available at hire Health Saving Account (HSA) plan with employer contribution Participation in the company's semi-annual discretionary incentive plan Job training and advancement opportunities Overtime opportunities available We are an EOE/AA (M/F/Veteran/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation)
