Lov-it Brands USA is looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our production records, ERP system, inventory, and production schedule accurate and up to date. The Manufacturing Support Specialist will work closely with our Production, FSFQ, Logistics, and other teams to ensure completed manufacturing orders are accurately entered and that production information is properly recorded. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working with computers and data, and interested in learning more about manufacturing operations and production scheduling. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be reviewing completed production information and accurately entering manufacturing orders into our ERP system.

Responsibilities include:

Enter completed manufacturing orders into the ERP system accurately and timely Review production paperwork for accuracy and completeness Enter and verify finished product quantities, lot numbers, ingredient lots, and other production information Maintain accurate lot and product traceability within the ERP system Review ingredient usage associated with manufacturing orders Identify missing or incorrect information and work with the appropriate team members to resolve discrepancies Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation Help research inventory or production-order discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate production records Serve as a backup to the Production Scheduler Assist with creating and updating production schedules when needed Review ingredient and material availability when assisting with scheduling Communicate production-order, inventory, and scheduling issues to the appropriate departments Provide additional production-office support as needed We are looking for someone who: Has strong attention to detail and accuracy Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities Is comfortable working with computers and learning ERP systems Has experience with data entry, Microsoft Excel, or similar programs Can review information and recognize when something doesn't look right Has good communication and problem-solving skills Can work independently while also working closely with a team Is dependable and able to meet daily deadlines Is willing to learn production scheduling and manufacturing processes Previous experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory control, ERP systems, or production administration is preferred but not required for the right candidate. This position helps ensure that what physically happens on the production floor is accurately reflected in our ERP system. The Manufacturing Support Specialist will also be cross-trained in production scheduling, providing an opportunity to learn additional areas of our manufacturing operation and grow within the role.
