Responsibilities:

Operate machine parts and manage materials in accordance with established manufacturing and quality protocols. Set up and run production on mills and lathes according to schedules and instructions. Perform cleaning, deburring, and packaging of parts per detailed job instructions. Record accurate part counts, in-process quality checks, and maintain production documentation. Conduct or identify the need for machine maintenance and keep workspaces organized and safe. 2nd Shift Precision Production Set-Up Operator (Mills & Lathes)

Qualifications:

Prior experience with machine setups on mills and lathes preferred; entry-level considered based on shift. Ability to work independently, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and reliably follow safety procedures. Basic computer skills helpful for reporting and documentation tasks. Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and handling repetitive movements. Good vision, including tolerance for color vision impairment, and moderate hearing loss as acceptable minimums.
