You will leverage your expertise in cGMP standards and process development to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients while contributing to innovative research studies. Responsibilities Execute complex manufacturing processes for GMP and non-GMP products, ensuring all operations align with strict regulatory standards. Maintain precise documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures to guarantee product integrity and process consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Validation, to support the successful implementation of research protocols. Optimize production efficiency by managing equipment sanitation, facility maintenance, and supply inventory. Handle chemical agents, including acids and solvents, while strictly following safety protocols and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by applying technical creativity to solve production challenges and meet operational goals. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to follow complex technical instructions and maintain accurate records. Commitment to safety standards and experience working in a regulated production environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree or higher in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cGMP manufacturing or laboratory setting. Strong understanding of validation protocols and process development lifecycles. Proficiency in laboratory maintenance and equipment sterilization techniques.
