In this role, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients by operating complex machinery and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a controlled environment. Responsibilities Execute manufacturing processes by monitoring equipment performance, managing process flow, and performing necessary shutdowns to ensure product consistency. Maintain rigorous documentation, including batch records and cleaning logs, to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols. Drive operational efficiency by managing physical tasks such as equipment sanitation, material handling, and heavy lifting of production supplies. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and sanitation, proactively identifying and reporting any deviations from specifications to leadership. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. Utilize specialized equipment and machinery to support the end-to-end manufacturing cycle of critical pharmaceutical products. Required Skills Demonstrated ability to lift up to 90 lbs consistently. Proficiency in following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Capacity to wear and correctly utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate record-keeping and process monitoring. Preferred Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment. Prior experience operating a forklift or similar material handling equipment.
