You will empower your team to meet production targets while ensuring strict adherence to cGMP standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities Lead daily production execution, ensuring all manufacturing instructions are followed precisely to meet schedule requirements. Foster a culture of quality and compliance by enforcing ALCOA+ documentation principles and maintaining real-time batch record integrity. Manage workforce performance, including training, coaching, and scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and equipment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational downtime. Serve as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving production deviations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to streamline workflows and achieve departmental goals. Champion safety initiatives, ensuring all team members adhere to PPE requirements and gowning procedures. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SOP adherence, production scheduling, and technical documentation. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1+ years of direct supervisory or team lead experience. Experience participating in internal or external regulatory audits. Proven track record in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
