As a Production Operator, you will work with a collaborative team that operates and maintains production equipment used to create finished bottled probiotic products. The role & your impact As a Production Operator (Weekends), you will be responsible for operating, cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure the safe and efficient manufacture of finished probiotic products. This is a hands-on operational role where your attention to safety, quality, and teamwork will directly contribute to production success. Your key responsibilities in this role Safely operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when issues arise. Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble machinery according to established procedures. Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and on time. Stay current with all required training programs and operational procedures. Communicate equipment, quality, or process concerns to management and maintenance teams promptly and effectively. What you'll need to be successful in this role To thrive in this position, you should have: Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. A basic understanding of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting concepts. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in food, dietary supplement, and/or pharmaceutical environments. Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Awareness of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures. Understanding of the importance of personal hygiene in dietary supplement production. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning. Additional skills & interests we value The following qualifications are not required but would be beneficial: Previous experience in dietary supplement, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience working in highly quality-focused environments. Interest in learning new equipment and production processes. Weekend schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday . Overtime opportunities are frequently available but are not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods depending on production activities. Manufacturing environment with production equipment and associated operational conditions.
