As a Production Shift Lead, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Shift Lead experience, manufacturing experience and a good attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Production Shift Lead (2-2-3 schedule, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Will train on 1st shift until January!

Location:

Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Pay Range:

$24-27/hour + OT What's the Job? Supervise the Operation of manufacturing equipment. Produce, inspect, and package products per customer specifications utilizing various coating, web handling, and packaging equipment. Follow all EHS and Quality procedures to safely produce quality product. Record manually and via computer, all material usage, accurately fill out process batch sheets. What's Needed? 2 years of experience working in a Team Lead or Production Lead position. Positive attitude Be able to help make adjustments to the machines, fill in for breaks when needed. Performing quality checks on operator parts Reporting issues What's in it for me?
