# Industrial Sewer / Sewing Machine Operator

  • skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Sewer / Sewing Machine Operator

  • , and takes pride in producing precise, high-quality sewn products.
## Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines, including Juki machines, safely and efficiently. Sew and assemble garments according to patterns, specifications, and production requirements. Maintain consistent stitch quality, seam accuracy, and workmanship. Follow sewing instructions, patterns, work orders, and production specifications. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects. Adjust machine settings as needed. Perform threading, bobbin changes, cleaning, and basic machine maintenance. Work with various fabrics, elastic materials, and specialty textiles. Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Report material, machine, or production issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety and manufacturing procedures. ## Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating an
  • industrial sewing machine
  • required.
  • Juki sewing machine experience strongly preferred.
  • Apparel, medical garment, compression garment, or technical textile experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform repetitive sewing motions for extended periods. ## Preferred Skills Experience with stretch fabrics, elastic, or specialty textiles. Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques. Ability to troubleshoot basic sewing machine issues. Experience working from patterns or technical specifications.
