Join Manpower's production team and help support a fast-paced manufacturing operation right here in the Tri-State. We're actively hiring Multiple Production Team Members —so if you're motivated and ready to work, this is your opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Take on a critical role in keeping production running efficiently: Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment and components. Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup. Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively. Monitor product quality and collect production data. Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement. Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards). Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelines You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining quality and keeping operations moving. Other duties as assigned.

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools Ability to work in a production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred:
