Job Summary The Production Team Member (PTM) supports manufacturing operations by performing packaging, material handling, and production support tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position with opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and attendance. Schedule Details 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (rotating) 7PM-7AM Every other weekend is required Night shift hours

Responsibilities Package, palletize, load, and transport finished products Install, unwind, cut, and change production rolls on machines Pour raw materials into machine hoppers and assist in production processes Transport products to warehouses using barcode systems Ensure accurate package counts and proper pallet configuration Inspect packaging for defects and foreign materials Maintain production speed and follow the production schedule Keep machines, work areas, and equipment clean and organized Follow all safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production disruptions to supervisors Coordinate roll usage and shift handoffs with team members
