Manufacturing Production Associate - Mineral Wells At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading window and door manufacturer in the Mineral Wells area. This role involves performing multiple assembly steps, using hand tools, and ensuring high-quality production standards for window and door units.

Shift Patterns Day shift:

7:00am to 4:00pm Pay Rates 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day. Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks. Skills Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders. Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery. Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards. Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages. Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line. Role for Manufacturing Production Associate Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units. Assemble parts and units using small hand and power tools. Operate and monitor production machinery. Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and damages. Report safety hazards and operational concerns to management.
