928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely unload, receive, and handle bulk loads of raw resin materials.
- Operate and maintain blend stations, crystallizers, dryers, and associated material handling systems.
- Accurately record production processes, material blends, and silo weights.
- Monitor and maintain proper silo weight levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Clean and change filters, dust pans, and other equipment components as required.
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts (certification required).
- Assist Extruder Operators with material supply and production support.
- Prepare extruded sheet rolls for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Package thermoformed products according to quality and shipping standards.
- Rework rejected thermoformed products and grind scrap sheet and rejected parts for recycling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qulifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift and scissor lift certification required (or ability to obtain certification).
- Experience in a manufacturing or plastics processing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
