Job Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Safely perform heavy lifting of materials and products weighing up to 65 pounds. Assist with general production, material handling, and facility operations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the work area and facility. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Identify and report any equipment, product, or safety concerns to management. Perform additional duties and assist other team members as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be dependable and willing to learn new processes and equipment. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Must be willing to work the assigned shift and perform physical duties throughout the workday.
