Job Description
Position Summary Pietro Fiorentini USA is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Technician to support manufacturing operations on 2nd Shift . The role is primarily focused on production activities while also providing basic equipment support, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (in line production) Support CNC machine operation and basic adjustments. Perform quality inspections and production reporting. Replace filters, tooling, and other wear components. Assist with equipment setup and changeovers. Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks. Reset PLCs and recover equipment from minor faults following established procedures. Maintain compressed air test benches and related equipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Required Skills Basic mechanical aptitude. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to perform minor machine troubleshooting. Ability to follow maintenance and safety procedures. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production environments. Basic understanding of CNC machines, pneumatic systems, and PLC-controlled equipment. Strong reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour , based on experience. Additional $1.00/hour Shift Differential for all hours worked on 2nd Shift . Overtime opportunities available. Bonus structure
