Day/Night Shift Operators! Express Employment Professionals is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals for Day/Night Shift Operator roles. If you have production experience and are looking for a full-time opportunity with a rotating schedule, this is a great opportunity to join a strong team environment. What You'll Do Clean and maintain work areas Reel extruded products into rolls of specified lengths Package finished products and move them to staging for quality control Monitor production processes and report major changes to supervisors Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor Work closely with quality assurance, shipping, and production teams Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For

CLEAN BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST REQUIRED

High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to operate and understand tools, machinery, and precision equipment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Work Schedule 12-hour shifts (7:45 AM - 8:00 PM) Weekend work required Rotating schedule with alternating 3-day weekends off Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong manual dexterity and coordination Ability to work in varying positions and environments Work Environment Moderate to high noise levels Exposure to production and manufacturing conditions Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in varying weather or facility conditions Why Join Us?
