• Sunday (paid for 40 hours) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team.

In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in measurement tools will drive continuous improvement in product quality. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO standards, FDA regulations, and GMP practices, ensuring our manufacturing processes deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality products. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Perform regular quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Utilize calibration procedures for measuring instruments to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability across all inspection activities. Document inspection results meticulously, analyze data trends, and prepare detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Support the development and refinement of quality control procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory/legal compliance standards in production. Experience Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving medical devices or regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or food production. Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and HACCP principles. Hands-on experience operating measurement instruments including height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision measurement tools. Familiarity with interpreting mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documentation, GD&T specifications, and production processes. Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits and analyze data effectively to support continuous improvement initiatives. Mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations in quality inspections. Excellent attention to detail with strong analysis skills to identify root causes of defects or deviations from quality standards.
