Job Summary We are seeking a Coordinator
- SAP for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Carpinteria, CA.
This 2nd shift role supports quality operations by coordinating sample analysis, maintaining accurate SAP result records, updating quality documentation, and helping ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of quality experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to quality control processes, laboratory documentation, SAP reporting, and continuous improvement practices. Candidates who are dependable, organized, safety-minded, and eager to grow within a supportive team will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely analysis of raw material, intermediate, under-test, and finished goods samples to support production and quality timelines.
- Record and report results in SAP while ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and updated.
- Support quality-related issue resolution and clarification with internal teams and external tolling partners.
- Assist with ISO implementation, GMP documentation, analytical records, log sheets, and compliance requirements.
- Support calibration, standard preparation, standardization, HPLC, GC, and wet analysis activities as needed.
- Promote safe quality operations by monitoring waste, supporting zero-accident goals, and participating in emergency response activities. Compensation and Benefits
