Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Inspector and become a vital part of ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product conformity. Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) assessments to ensure parts meet design criteria. Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for complex dimensional analysis and accuracy verification. Execute quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485
(medical device standards), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Control Point), and FDA regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, documenting findings accurately for review and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
