Our singular focus is to help security experts, clinical professionals and high-tech developers solve real-world problems and issues. Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, has an entry-level In-Process Quality Control Inspector positoin available. The selected candidate will monitor, inspect, and verify product quality during the manufacturing process. This role ensures that materials and in-process manufacturing meet established standards and specifications requirements before moving to the next stage of production. Responsibilities Utilizing a microscope, verify that products meet or exceed manufacturing guidelines. Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, travelers, and computer systems. Report non-conformances and deviations promptly to supervisors, production managers, and quality engineers. Maintain traceability of inspected products and materials. Perform First Article review. Work closely with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues. Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications High School Diploma required; experience may be substituted for a degree. Flexible printed circuit board manufacturing experience desired. Work experience in cross section preparation and analysis desired. Familiarity with microscope and laboratory procedures in manufacturing environment helpful. Knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and measurement techniques desired. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications desired. The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations. Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
