Full-time Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Specialist to support our pharmaceutical and manufacturing operations. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, quality, and compliance of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with injectable products and a strong understanding of GMP standards, SOPs, and FDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform hands-on laboratory or production testing for product analysis and verification. Review and maintain documentation including SOPs, batch records, and investigations. Assist in product release decisions based on test results and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Identify and report non-conforming materials or deviations, and support corrective action processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and regulatory to ensure smooth operations. Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in injectable product quality control or related pharmaceutical testing. Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with raw materials, in-process, and finished product testing. Experience with documentation, batch record review, deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and product release. Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred. #Pro123
