$15.50 - $17.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are a No Fee staffing agency, a Drug-Free Workplace / EEOC. We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining product integrity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations. Duties Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections at various stages of production to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications. Utilize QA/QC procedures to identify defects or deviations from quality requirements and document findings accurately. Perform detailed data collection and analysis to monitor quality metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ASME codes & standards, and other relevant legal requirements. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during inspections to maintain safety standards. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements based on inspection results. Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions using Microsoft Office tools and specialized quality management software. Support ongoing training initiatives related to quality systems, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Assist in preparing for audits by internal teams or external regulatory bodies by providing accurate documentation and reports. Promote a culture of quality assurance by adhering strictly to established procedures and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality standards in production, including

GMP, FDA

regulations, and industry-specific codes such as ASME standards. Familiarity with quality audits, inspection techniques, and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting. Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to manufacturing sectors such as food safety or medical devices. Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions. Ability to effectively communicate findings and collaborate across departments to uphold quality objectives. Knowledge of quality systems management principles including root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes. Commitment to safety practices including proper PPE use during all inspection activities.
