Quality Control Inspector II:

You'll be: Performing intricate visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, injection molded parts, and complex production assemblies/sub-assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Independently inspecting products at various stages of production, ensuring compliance with required quality plans Using a broad range of test instruments, precision measuring devices, and electronic equipment to verify conformance with specifications Accepting, rejecting, or reworking defective or malfunctioning parts, and accurately documenting inspection results for identification, labeling, and traceability Reviewing device history records (DHR) for completeness and accuracy, and accessing customer quality inspection systems as required Communicating with manufacturing teams and facilitating corrective actions for nonconforming products Training other employees in quality control processes and procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in production, metrology, or quality inspection Possess excellent visual acuity and attention to detail for identifying fine features on small parts Are comfortable using a Windows-based PC and related software (advanced PC skills preferred) Can effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and team members Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to draw valid conclusions from data Are able to read and comprehend instructions, visual aids, and correspondence in English Can perform basic math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpret graphs What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
