Monday-Friday, with hours subject to change and overtime as needed. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team! The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, packaging, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, company procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position performs sampling, visual inspections, dimensional testing, and documentation review to support safe, high-quality production. Responsibilities Perform incoming material inspections, sampling, and quality testing. Conduct routine inspections on the production line. Inspect products for proper dimensions, color, appearance, and quality. Inspect and approve packaging components and labels. Collect and submit samples for laboratory testing and retention. Review paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Ensure all quality control activities are documented accurately. Maintain GMP compliance throughout the production floor. Work with operations personnel to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations, company procedures, and work instructions. Work flexible hours and stay later when needed. Qualifications 1-3 years of Quality Control Inspector experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written procedures and instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of quality systems, process control, SPC, and labeling control preferred. Good communication and organizational skills. Must be flexible with work hours and willing to stay later when needed. Physical Requirements Lift 5-20 pounds frequently and 30-50 pounds occasionally. Reach and lift overhead. Crouch and lift from floor level. Operate a pallet jack. Walk, stand, or sit for up to 95% of the workday. Work in temperatures between 50°F and 85°F. Must have close-distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception.
