Adecco Staffing is working with a growing medical device manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA to bring on an experienced Quality Control Inspector on a temp to hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long term growth opportunities.

Shift:

1st Shift, Monday - Friday. Overtime available on Saturdays as needed.

Pay:

$22.00/hour + overtime pay for Saturday hours

Location:

Chelmsford, MA Job Duties:

• Perform quality inspections of medical device components and finished products
• Inspect products using visual inspection and basic measuring tools
• Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
• Identify and report defective or non-conforming products
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards

Requirements:

• 1+ years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to work overtime on Saturdays when needed

Pay Details:
