In this fast-paced position, you will drive cGMP QC testing for raw materials, drug substances, and finished products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Norwood, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $30 - 39 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute QC molecular biology and bioassay methods, including mammalian cell-based potency assays, qPCR, sequencing, and protein analysis.

Assist with troubleshooting equipment and assay issues while performing essential laboratory maintenance and reagent preparation.

Draft, revise, and review SOPs, protocols, reports, and Quality records (deviations, CAPAs, change controls).Ensure full compliance with cGMP documentation, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

Support audit readiness and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a STEM discipline.3-5 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory setting.

Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based and potency assays, ELISA, molecular biology, and protein analysis. #LI-AM1 skills: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Control (QC)
