First Shift, Friday through Monday, 4 x 10 hour shifts. Initial training will be Monday through Friday.

Work Arrangement:

Onsite Position Overview The Quality Control Operations Analyst II will support quality and compliance activities within a GMP pharmaceutical/biotech environment. This role includes routine and non-routine testing, data trending, investigations, laboratory operations, and support for method transfers, qualification, validation, verification, and implementation. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing, including HPLC/UPLC, and/or microbiological assays for raw materials, in-process samples, product release, and stability studies
  • Support weekend laboratory operations and maintain required training records
  • Assist with laboratory equipment and inventory maintenance, including reagent and sample preparation
  • Review laboratory data and qualify as a data reviewer
  • Support raw material processes, environmental monitoring, and in-process testing
  • Update controlled documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and test methods
  • Follow internal procedures and regulatory standards, including GMP, GLP, and ICH requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support regulatory submissions, inspection readiness, and audits Qualifications
  • B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • 4 to 8 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience within GMP Quality Control or equivalent
  • Experience with method transfer and implementation
  • Understanding of method lifecycle management preferred
  • Strong technical writing, data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
