Pay Rate:

$22-$31/hour, depending on experience Available Shifts 1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM 4th

Shift:

Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, with additional weekday hours scheduled as needed to complete required hours 5th

Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM, with additional weekday hours scheduled as needed to complete required hours Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and global medical technology corporation serving customers across clinical laboratories, healthcare research, and the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an accomplished Quality Control Inspector in El Paso, TX . The Quality Control Inspector will support manufacturing quality operations through in-process inspection, sampling, measurement and inspection equipment, GMP/cGMP compliance, GDP documentation, and identification and escalation of nonconformances and deviations . Key Responsibilities Quality Control & In-Process Activities Perform in-process inspections and sampling in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and sampling plans. Ensure products meet established quality and compliance requirements. Maintain proper handling, identification, and traceability of samples throughout the inspection and testing process. Utilize measurement and inspection equipment as required. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate, complete, legible, and contemporaneous quality records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) . Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP) , company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform activities in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and quality standards . Maintain required quality records and documentation. Deviation & Nonconformance Management Identify, document, and escalate nonconformances, abnormal conditions, and deviations using applicable quality systems, including NCRs/QNs . Immediately escalate conditions that do not meet established requirements or escalate within defined timelines. Provide real-time feedback to manufacturing operations to support containment and corrective actions. Quality Systems & Audit Support Support investigations by providing accurate inspection and sampling data, traceability information, and objective evidence. Support internal and external audits and ongoing audit-readiness activities. Maintain documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with quality requirements. Safety & General Compliance Comply with site safety programs and contribute toward achieving site safety goals. Maintain all required training and certifications, including GMP and safety training. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs. Education & Experience Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience Experience using measurement and inspection equipment . Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory standards . Understanding of SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality systems . Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to identify, document, and escalate quality issues effectively.
