You do not need previous Quality Assurance experience. Our client is willing to train the right person and provide the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. What You'll Do Perform quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process. Inspect production areas, equipment, and sanitation practices to ensure standards are being met. Conduct machine cleaning and sanitation inspections. Evaluate product appearance, flavor, texture, and overall quality. Perform basic quality testing, including salt concentration and other laboratory tests. Verify products meet established quality and food safety specifications. Accurately document inspection and testing results. Communicate quality concerns clearly and professionally to production and management. Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts. Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and sanitation procedures. Support the team with additional quality-related responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Experience is not the most important thing—we're looking for the right attitude. Strong work history High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Dependable and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. Ability to work independently while also being part of a team. Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
