Job Description

Overview We're hiring Quality Technicians for our precision machining and manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on quality role supporting the inspection of precision machined components throughout the manufacturing process. You'll perform dimensional, visual, and metallurgical inspections using handheld gauges, optical inspection equipment, and specialized testing equipment while working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure products meet both internal and customer specifications.

Compensation Pay:
$21.50-$22.50/hour Hiring on 2nd Shift 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00
PM Responsibilities Inspect Components:
Verify dimensional, visual, and physical product requirements.
Operate Equipment:
Perform inspections using gauges, optical, and laboratory equipment.
Quality Testing:
Inspect furnace samples for metallurgical and physical properties.
Package Product:
Prepare inspected components for shipment.
Material Handling:
Transport production materials and powder as required.
Quality Support:
Assist manufacturing teams with quality investigations.
Documentation:
Support ISO procedures, work instructions, and internal audits.
Housekeeping:
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Requirements Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform detailed inspections. Comfortable using measurement equipment. Able to follow documented procedures. Willing to work second shift. Commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Manufacturing quality inspection experience. Experience using handheld gauges. Familiarity with Oasis inspection equipment. Experience with metallurgical testing.

Pay:
$42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
