full-time QC Analyst | Sellersville, PA | W2 The Tech Ever is currently seeking an experienced QC Analyst for a fully onsite contract opportunity in Sellersville, PA. This role is ideal for a quality control professional with hands-on analytical testing experience in a commercial pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or CDMO environment, particularly with HPLC and other analytical techniques. W2 Contract Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Perform and review analytical testing data in a non-academic environment.
- Conduct hands-on analytical testing within a commercial production or CDMO environment.
- Perform HPLC testing, including: Selecting appropriate solvents Sample preparation, extraction, concentration, and dilution Column cleaning and loading HPLC calibration Manual injection and autosampler operation
- Perform analytical testing using GC, Dissolution Testing, and Particle Size Analysis.
- Analyze and interpret chromatograms and evaluate analytical results.
- Identify and troubleshoot common chromatographic issues, including: Poor peak shape Poor peak resolution Poor reproducibility Baseline drift
- Track analytical data and maintain/update SOPs within LIMS. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Hands-on HPLC experience in a commercial laboratory, production, or CDMO environment.
- Experience with GC, Dissolution Testing, and Particle Size Analysis.
- Strong understanding of chromatographic data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with LIMS and SOP documentation.
