Job Description
This position pays:
$38-$50/hourSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Hybrid schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday onsite; Monday, Thursday, and Friday remote.What you will be doing:
Create and maintain Food Safety protocols following HACCP, FSMA, and internal SOPs Maintain compliance documentation, including COAs, Organic, Kosher, and audit certificates Conduct Food Safety verification and identify product abnormalities, non-conformities, and out-of-specification issues Support customers with compliance documents, certifications, and audits Stay current with FDA, TTB, and other regulatory requirements Maintain regulatory registrations and company certifications Track QC issues using CRM and ERP systems Monitor inventory for expired and soon-to-expire products Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality and compliance issues What you bring: Strong quality control and compliance experience Food Safety, HACCP, and/or wine industry experience required Experience in wine, fermentation, enzyme, laboratory, or related industries preferred Enology or laboratory background is a strong plus Bachelor's degree or related work experience preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills, including ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines #INDmlae To learn more about the workplace culture and the position, please apply!
