Job Description
- Inspect and verify finished products and raw materials for compliance with specifications
- Create and maintain Certificates of Compliance
- Review and approve work orders and work instructions
- Utilize inspection and laboratory equipment, including microscopes and tensile testers
- Identify, quarantine, and maintain control of non-conforming materials and products
- Assist with complaint investigations, CAPA activities, and RMA processing
- Support document control and quality records management
- Maintain calibrated and non-calibrated equipment records within the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist with electronic QMS tickets, requests, and workflow activities
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and established quality procedures
- Prepare quality reports, schedules, procedures, and work instructions as needed
- Support multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection, Manufacturing, Medical Device, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read, understand, and apply detailed procedures and requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and remain self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities without sacrificing accuracy
- Professional and collaborative approach when working across departments
- Knowledge of document control and quality systems preferred
- Experience supporting CAPA, complaint investigations, or RMA processes is a plus #search
