Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching Quality Control Analyst II Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, environmental, and stability samples while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and capillary electrophoresis . Develop, validate, transfer, and qualify analytical methods. Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and qualify laboratory instruments and equipment. Review and interpret test data against specifications and control limits. Conduct OOS/failure investigations and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and revise SOPs, protocols, technical reports, deviations, and validation documentation. Support audits, regulatory submissions, and quality assessments. Train analysts on laboratory procedures and analytical methods. Coordinate testing with contract laboratories, vendors, and other departments. Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to analytical methods and processes. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, documentation, and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience:

Capillary electrophoresis, HPLC/GC, and laboratory instrument qualification.
