Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to design intent. Perform quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO 13485

(medical devices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Utilize calibration procedures for measuring instruments and ensure all tools are within calibration standards for precise measurements. Document inspection results accurately, analyze data trends, and report non-conformances or deviations from quality standards in accordance with QA/QC protocols. Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions aligned with HACCP, CGMP, and other quality management systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in quality management reviews, data collection efforts, and process optimization projects. Experience Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in industries regulated by FDA or ISO standards. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, GMP, and HACCP principles. Hands-on experience operating measurement instruments including height gauges, dial indicators, GDMs (gear measurement devices), and vision inspection systems. Mechanical knowledge sufficient to interpret blueprints, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing processes. Excellent analysis skills to identify deviations, assess data accuracy, and recommend improvements. Basic math skills for performing calculations related to measurements and tolerances. Ability to interpret production documents accurately while maintaining attention to detail under fast-paced conditions.
