Job Description

QC Specialist Key Responsibilities Support daily Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within the manufacturing operation. Perform and document in-process inspections, quality checks, sampling, and verification activities. Monitor products and manufacturing processes for compliance with established specifications, SOPs, quality standards, and applicable GMP requirements. Review and verify production records, batch records, and other quality documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs), product specifications, supplier documentation, and related quality records. Identify, document, and report quality issues, deviations, discrepancies, and nonconforming products or conditions. Support sanitation verification, product traceability, and other quality and food safety activities. Coordinate product or material samples for laboratory testing and maintain associated records. Assist with investigations involving deviations, nonconformances, complaints, and other quality concerns. Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities and follow up on assigned action items. Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audit preparation as needed. Maintain accurate, organized, and controlled quality records in accordance with company procedures. Work closely with Production, Laboratory, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Management to resolve quality concerns and support company quality objectives. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing processes. Help ensure finished products consistently meet company, customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
