$27-$32/hr
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday Job Summary:
Lofton Staffing is seeking an experienced QC Inspector!. This position will perform visual and dimensional inspections, review testing and quality documentation, and ensure valves and components meet applicable industry standards. NDE experience is a plus, but NDE certifications are not required.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on valves and components Witness and review hydrostatic pressure tests Review NDE/NDT reports and results Review material test reports (MTRs) Verify calibration records Document inspection and test results Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ensure compliance with applicable API and ASME standards Use precision measurement tools, calipers, and pressure gauges Identify and document quality issues
Qualifications:
Valve Industry experience is a plus Familiarity with API and ASME standards Experience with visual and dimensional inspection Knowledge of hydrostatic testing Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Proficient with precision measurement tools Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. NDE experience is a plus; certifications are not required #INSJ
