ASAP Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) with USACE experience to support a federal construction project in Birmingham/Anniston AL . The ideal candidate will manage all quality control processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards, contract requirements, and project specifications. Responsibilities Develop and manage a USACE-approved Quality Control Plan (QCP) Conduct daily inspections and document all tests, deficiencies, and corrective actions Lead and document Three-Phase Inspections (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up) Oversee subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met Manage submittals, RFIs, and quality-related documentation Ensure compliance with

safety standards Collaborate with field teams to address quality issues promptly Maintain organized records of test results, certifications, and photos Requirements 5+ years of construction QC experience (minimum 3 years with USACE/federal projects ) CQM Certification (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) - Required Working knowledge of Three-Phase QC System and
