Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our second-shift QA team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring food safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and the development of Quality Assurance Technicians while partnering closely with Production and Sanitation. Responsibilities Supervise and coach Quality Assurance Technicians. Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, allergen, and food safety programs. Monitor production to verify product quality and regulatory compliance. Support sanitation verification, environmental monitoring, and corrective actions. Review quality documentation and production records. Assist with customer, internal, and third-party audits. Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong food safety culture. Qualifications 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in food science or related field preferred.
HACCP, SQF
Practitioner, or PCQI certifications are a plus. Pay is based on experience.
