Job Duties and Responsibilities Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and services. Communicates quality standards and parameters to team. Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. Review budgets and Profit and Loss sheets Performs other duties as assigned. Work with department heads to create training programs Train and onboard new members of the team Handling incoming calls and other communications. Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks Complete basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties Greeting clients and visitors as needed Job Requirements and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs Valid driver's license.
