Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring telecom construction and installation work meets company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across fiber, wireless, and underground/aerial projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct field quality inspections on fiber, coax, and wireless construction projects Enforce workmanship, safety, and client compliance standards Identify deficiencies, issue corrective actions, and verify resolution Partner with Field Supervisors, Project Managers, and crews to improve quality outcomes Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and audit records Support client audits and ensure readiness for acceptance and close‑out We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
