• Flooring Operations We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Installation Manager to oversee flooring service work, inspections, and any customer concerns for our projects in the Phoenix Metro area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and variety in their day-to-day work while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and installation quality. This position is based primarily in the Phoenix metro area Company vehicle provided. All travel expenses covered. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site flooring inspections, and customer walk-throughs for residential flooring projects Oversee and support installers performing installations of repair work, approx 15-20 residential projects per day. Handle escalated customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and with a strong customer-service mindset Assist with installer coaching and training on proper installation techniques and subfloor preparation Document inspections, service work performed, and customer interactions accurately Coordinate with office staff, sales teams, and installation crews to ensure timely resolutions and project success Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in flooring installation, service, or a related field Strong expertise in: Tile installation, vinyl plank (LVP), Laminate flooring, Hardwood flooring General working knowledge of carpet installation required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in high-pressure or escalated situations Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Supportive management, positive work environment, teamwork oriented employees Company vehicle, phone, tablet Competitive compensation A high level of autonomy and independence
