Quality control Public relations Full Job Description We are Now Hiring a Quality Control Supervisor in Peoria, AZ QC Supervisor aims to ensure that the product and service provided is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedules and performs periodic evaluations of employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies. Ensure that all quality control programs and procedures are being implemented correctly Supervise warehouse products for Quality Control Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Including but not limited to:

failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validation Follow up on customer concerns/complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and provides resolutions to restore and promote good public relations with the client. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Quality Control Manager.

GMP's:

Enforce plant quality standards Working Knowledge of MSDS Working Knowledge of HACCP Principles Monitor, enforce, and support further development of HACCP program

Requirements:

High level of computer and GOLD system literacy. Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. Increased Knowledge and Experience in SQF, HACCP, and GMP Principles. Certifications Preferred #HLY123
