Our client is a growing and stable food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality initiatives, strengthen food safety programs, and play a key role in operational excellence. Competitive salary up to $125,000 Leadership role with visibility and influence across operations Opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and food safety Stable and growing company environment Collaborative team culture Career advancement opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage all quality control and food safety operations within the facility Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality standards Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements Partner closely with production and operations leadership to improve processes and product consistency Mentor and develop the QC team Oversee audits, corrective actions, investigations, and quality documentation Help shape and improve overall plant quality systems and procedures What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field At least 5 years of food manufacturing experience At least 5 years of management experience Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, SQF, FDA, and food safety regulations Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and team performance Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Preferred HACCP or SQF Certification Experience in high-volume food production environments Bilingual Spanish is a plus If you're looking for an opportunity where you can lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact within a respected food manufacturing organization, we'd love to hear from you.
