Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Materials & Quality Assurance Manager to support & strengthen our manufacturing operations through leadership in materials management, quality assurance, and shipment accuracy to ultimately ensure product consistency, performance requirements and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in procurement, production support, and quality processes, while working closely with existing manufacturing leadership in a collaborative, parallel structure. Your expertise will directly impact product success, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into broader manufacturing leadership responsibilities over time.

Primary Focus Areas:

Materials procurement and planning using MRPeasy Quality assurance across production and final test Shipment accuracy and order fulfillment Production forecasting and materials alignment

Responsibilities:

Manage materials planning and procurement using MRPeasy. Place and track purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and deliveries. Work closely with manufacturing leadership to support daily production activities. Ensure quality assurance across assembly, testing, and final product validation. Ensure high accuracy of all shipments, including configuration, labeling, and documentation. Assist in developing and maintaining production forecasts to align materials and demand. Coordinate with accounting to approve POs and track material costs. Identify and implement improvements in materials flow, quality processes, and operational efficiency. Track and report key metrics such as: QA pass rates, Shipment accuracy, Material availability, On-time delivery Support new product introduction (NPI) with focus on material readiness and quality validation. Maintain ESD and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related fields. Experience with MRP/ERP systems (MRPeasy preferred). Exposure to materials procurement, planning, or supply chain coordination. Experience or strong interest in quality assurance and production processes. Comfortable working with accounting on purchase orders and cost tracking. Knowledge of PCBA, system assembly, or electronic testing is preferred. Electronic Technician or Electrical Engineering background is a strong plus. CCNA certification is desirable. Strong attention to detail, especially in quality and shipment accuracy. ???(replace: Finished Product Quality Control ???????????? Good organizational and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

Approximately $90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) Performance-based bonus Health benefits through Kaiser Permanente 401(k) retirement plan 3 weeks paid time off (PTO)

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
