QUALITY INSPECTOR & SUPERVISOR

We have top of the line QA Labs and supporting inspection equipment. We are a leader in the V-Twin aftermarket industry; producing high performance parts, tools, transmissions, and engines distributed across the World, as well as other machined parts for many other industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Quality Control Inspector & Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not just an inspection role; it is an ideal leadership position for a strong leader who thrives in a busy shop filled with machined parts, multiple active projects, and shifting day-to-day priorities. You will be responsible not only for ensuring product quality and compliance, but also for supervising and supporting a team to maintain high standards, efficiency, and accountability. You must have previous experience in quality control within a machining or manufacturing environment, and be able to: Perform detailed inspections of machined parts and components to ensure compliance with specifications and

ISO 9001

quality standards Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement requirements Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions Supervise, mentor, and support quality control staff and shop personnel through strong interpersonal and communication skills Coordinate inspections with production to meet tight and shifting deadlines Prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, with the ability to stay organized and adaptable Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork Operate a CMM Program a CMM (Preferred but not required) Position is on the day shift with set hours of 7:00 to 4:30, Monday through Thursday with every other Friday off (9/80 plan).
