Job Description

Seeking a QA Coordinator for our client, a global scientific supply and services company. Be part of a team setting science in motion across the biopharma, healthcare and advanced technologies industries!

Duties:
Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods Conduct laboratory testing using HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry methods Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and batch documentation Support compliance with cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards Prepare and standardize laboratory solutions, calibration activities, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams regarding quality-related questions and issue resolution Maintain analytical records, logbooks, and SAP data entries Assist with ISO implementation and continuous quality improvement initiatives Train and support operators within the department as needed Participate in safety and emergency response procedures while promoting safe laboratory operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of Quality Control experience within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing environment preferred Experience working within cGMP and ISO-regulated environments Familiarity with regulatory audits and quality documentation practices Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry analysis preferred This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
