The Manufacturing Quality Manager leads Quality Control operations to ensure machines are built, inspected, and shipped to required standards while meeting delivery targets. They are accountable for product quality, parts inspection, compliance, inspection effectiveness, team leadership, training, performance management, and implementation of process improvements and corrective/preventive actions.

Responsibilities include up to and not limited to: Own product quality and shipment readiness Lead QC and assembly teams; set priorities and plan resources Manage inspection schedules by status, staffing, and priority Drive throughput by managing efficiency and inspection productivity Set clear expectations for quality, safety, productivity, and performance Coach standard work; give timely feedback and close execution gaps Develop training plans for inspectors to ensure consistent processes Lead CAPA and root-cause actions to prevent issue recurrence Partner cross-functionally to drive quality and process improvements Maintain procedures, QC equipment, and accurate records/timekeeping Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience Engineering background preferred, need proven analytical experience Prior experience leading production, assembly, or quality teams Project scheduling experience Strong communication and effective supervisory skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations Strong understanding measurement systems and international standards for machine tool inspection Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Work Environment :
Exposure to manufacturing/machining environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery. General office environment experienced at

office.
