Job Description Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Lead quality audits and inspections to maintain high standards in production and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices. Monitor and report on key quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are in place. Oversee the development and maintenance of quality documentation and records. Manage supplier quality and ensure all materials meet required standards. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and enhance quality systems. The Successful Applicant A successful QA Manager should have: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
